Catch Of The Year

2007

Criteria-Brush Pile columnist and host of On The Water, Keith Nighswonger attended ICAST 2007 and submitted entries for each of the following categories, "basically, I walk the show very fast.  The reason for my fast walking is that I am looking for things to catch my attention.  When something does strike me as being interesting, I will stop and investigate."  After Nighswonger has walked the show, his nominations are then sent to our Universal Visionary's Committee On Excellence, where the winners are decided. 

"I understand that there are best of show awards given at ICAST, and while some of our awards have also won awards such as Best Of Show, many of the products listed will be things that escaped the eye of most, these will be products that make your fishing better, these will truly be the catch of the year." -Keith Nighswonger

What about conflicts of interest with our advertisers?  Do any of the winning products belong to companies that advertise with this web site or our radio show?  You bet they do, in fact, all of the companies that we have chosen to give awards to are more than welcomed to become advertisers on this web site.
