Pricing Structures/Rate Card for FLW Outdoors Photos

 

Individual photo usage/republishing rates:

 

A)    Magazines under 1 million circulation: Magazines seeking “editorial” photography content will pay $150 per image.

 

B)     Magazines over 1 million circulation: Magazines seeking “editorial” photography content will pay $300 per image.

 

C)    “Commercial” online web sites with total annual visits under 1 million will pay $50 per photo.

 

D)    “Commercial” online web sites with total annual visits over 1 million will pay $75 per photo.

 

E)     Advertising agencies or related entities seeking commercial use of photography in standard print publications with circulation under 1 million will pay $750 for ¼-page photo, $1,000 for ½-page photo and $1,500 for full-page photo.

 

F)     Advertising agencies or related entities seeking commercial use of photography in standard print publications with circulation over 1 million will pay $1,000 for ¼-page photo, $1,500 for ½ page photo and $2,000 for full page photo.

 

Annual or “unlimited” photo usage rates per season (based on calendar year):

 

A)    Outdoor or news magazines under 1 million circulation: Magazines seeking unlimited “editorial” photography content will pay $6,000 annually.

 

B)     Outdoor or news magazines over 1 million circulation: Magazines seeking unlimited “editorial” photography content will pay $9,000 annually.

 

C)    “Commercial web sites” with total annual visits under 1 million will pay $4,000 annually for unlimited photo use.

 

D)    “Commercial web sites” with total annual visits over 1 million will pay $5,000 annually for unlimited photo use.

 

E)     Advertising agencies or related entities DO NOT have access to the “unlimited” rate card pricing structure.

 

Legal definitions:

 

“Editorial” – pertains to publications that are primarily a news vehicle as determined by FLW Outdoors.

 

“Commercial” web sites – pertains to web sites that are based on a business model to generate profit. Commercial web sites do not include personal web sites, angler biographical web sites, or any web sites where profitability is not the primary motive for said online web site.

 

“Photo usage” – Photo usage is not equivalent to ownership of the photo. Photo ownership will remain with FLW Outdoors. Parties who purchase the right to “use” photos may not, in turn, re-sell said image or grant permission to use said image to third parties.

 

Usage guidelines:

 

All photographs must be displayed/republished with the appropriate credit/acknowledgement of “FLW Outdoors.com” unless otherwise approved by FLW Outdoors.
