Dear Federation Presidents,

We, the Division Representatives and the Board of Directors of the TBF, Inc., know that there is much confusion out there surrounding the recent events concerning the Federations relationship with BASS.  The following is what we need each of your State Federations to do at the present time:

1.                  Make sure that your Federation Championship Contender and at least 5 other members of his club send in their $15 dues to BASS prior to the December 31^st deadline.

2.                  We still encourage all of you to collect the individual club dues and to  hold those monies until the January meeting.

3.                  Those of you who cannot collect the individual club dues should contact their clubs and request that they hold their dues monies until you contact them with instructions on what to do with it.

4.                  You should come to the January meeting with the authority from your membership to vote on the future direction of the Federation.  Decisions will need to be made at that time.

5.                  Reminder:  We must know by December 11^th which hotel you will be staying in, BASS or TBF, Inc.

Here are some of the items that we plan on presenting to you during our TBF, Inc. meetings:

1.                  Initially we will have a shareholders meeting to take care of proposed bylaw changes and other corporate business.

2.                  We will present the business plan that we have proposed which includes multiple options.

3.                  We are scheduling possible partners, to include BASS, for the TBF, Inc. to make presentations to the membership.

We are currently wrapping up a meeting in Flippin, Arkansas where we were the guests of Forrest and Nina Wood for lunch and had a very good meeting with Irwin Jacobs.

We are very excited about the options that we have mapped out for our organization and hope that all of you will share in our enthusiasm.
